Deputies Booking Man into Jail Say they Found Drugs in His Underwear

A Wichita Falls man being booked into the Wichita County Jail on a drug charge, receives and additional charge after deputies say they found drugs and pipes in his underwear.
Jonathan Fobbs is charged with prohibited substance in a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance.
An arrest affidavit states Fobbs was being booked in on the drug charge and during a strip search, officers found a bag of meth and two glass pipes used for smoking meth in his underwear.
He's jailed on $51,500 in bonds.
