Bike And Truck Collide On Call Field

A bicycle rider is injured tonight at one of Wichita Falls busiest intersections: Kemp and Call Field. Wichita Falls police say it happened around seven, when a 19-year-old male was riding his bike and was trying to get across Call Field near Faith Road and where the Stripes convenience store is located. A truck was heading eastbound on Call Field and that's when the accident happened. Police say the truck hit the bike and then ran over the bicyclist's leg. According to police, the rider was not seriously injured, but was taken to the hospital... and is possibly suffering from a broken leg.
