FDA Approves New Flu Vaccine

Researchers are now using bugs to battle the flu bug.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved a new vaccine called Flubok. It's made by injecting flu genes into an insect virus and growing it in catepillar cells.

This process avoids the current lengthy method of growing the flu vaccine in chicken eggs.
