Health Department to Host Flu Shot Clinic Tuesday

By: Melissa Foy
Updated: January 21, 2013
According the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, this has been one of the worst winters for flu-related deaths in kids in years.
To safeguard your little ones and yourself during this year's epidemic, health officials strongly recommend you get a flu shot.
And if you haven't gotten a flu shot, don't worry, because the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District offers the shots every day!
You can walk in from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fees are based on income, family size, and your insurance.
The health district will stay open late tomorrow, to make sure you have time to get in and get the shot.
The late immunization clinic is tomorrow at the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District from 5 to 6:30.pm.
    For more information, call 761-7841.
