Updated: January 28, 2013
A former Deli Planet employee sentenced to probation after being found guilty of setting up a 2007 robbery at the restaurant might now face prison time.
Prosecutors say 23-year-old Tuyet Tran violated terms of her deferred adjudication.
They say she failed to report to her community supervision officer, failed to provide proof that she completed community service, and is delinquent in community supervision fees.
Tran was charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery in Nov. 2007.
Police say she was an employee who was paid $100 to help set up the robbery at the former Deli Planet on Kemp.
    Several thousand dollars was taken.
Tran is due in court for a probation revocation hearing on March 1.
Until then, she's being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $150-thousand bond.
