The purpose of the study is to find better ways for Sheppard and surrounding areas to cooperate and co- exist, by helping to plan for the future to accommodate new growth and economic development.
Those who came to tonight's meeting were asked their opinions on 23 topics including land use, noise, and water quality.
"I was a little bit surprised by some of the answers but not overly surprised," said Mayor Glenn Barham.
"It also provided a couple different perspectives that maybe weren't obvious to everybody and it showed up in some of the scoring of some of the questions," said Mike Hrapla, the project manager from Matrix.
