Pretrial Hearings Begin Wednesday for Army Psychiatrist Charged in Fort Hood Massacre

Three days of pretrial hearings for the Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shooting rampage are set to begin today.

Major Nidal Hassan is accused of killing 13 people, including soldier J.D. Hunt from Tillman County and wounding 32 others.

Hasan faces the death penalty or life in Military prison without parole if convicted 
a trial date has yet to be set.

Hasan also is charged with 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
