Ashley Furniture Holding Job Fair

Nearly two months ago, a fire caused extensive water damage at the Ashley Furniture store on Kell Boulevard.
But now the store is preparing to reopen.
The store is having a job fair tomorrow to fill positions in sales, customer service and in the warehouse.
The job fair will be tomorrow from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. at the Wellington Conference Center at 5200 Kell West.
On December 18, an employee reported a couch caught fire. According to fire officials, the building's sprinkler system was able to put out the blaze, but not before putting one-fourth of the floor under water.
And fire officials say smoke from the fire damaged everything in the building.
