Alzheimer's Caregivers Workshop

Taking care of someone who's suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia can take a toll on your own physical, mental and emotional well- being. But one local organization can help. The Alzheimer's Association-North Central Texas Chapter is offering a workshop called "At wit's end: tips for managing caregiver stress". The workshop will be held Friday, February 15th, at 10am at the Alzheimer's Association Regional office which is located at 901 Indiana, suite 350. It won't cost you a thing. The free workshop will help families and caregivers of persons with dementia identify sources of stress ... results of stress ... and tips for being healthier.
