By: Karel Davis
Updated: February 5, 2013
Cancer survivors who are seeking an outlet to discuss their diagnosis and open up to others going through similar battles .. now have a new support group.  It's at a place where you can always find love and support: a church. The cancer support group meets on Sunday evenings from 6pm until 8pm at First Christian Church at 3701 Taft Boulevard ... directly across from Midwestern State University.
Anyone who's looking for support and encouragement as they fight cancer or as they watch someone they know or love battle this disease ... is invited. The group is led by Reverend Jordan Gary, who's a cancer survivor. For more information, contact Reverend Gary at 761- 2527.
