One billion dollars in life insurance benefits is still waiting to be claimed by beneficiaries. That's according to consumer reports experts who say some people buy life insurance and don't tell their beneficiaries about it. Consumer Reports, however, blames the insurance industry. When a policy holder dies, an insurance company doesn't always go looking for the beneficiaries.
