Alleged Robbery Using Toy Ray Gun Case to Go to Trial

The case against a man charged with robbing a pizza restaurant with a toy ray gun will go to trial.
Matthew Gregory was scheduled to enter a plea today in 89th District Court, but instead, his case will go to the trial docket.
Police say in Nov. 2011, a man pulled up to the drive-thru window at the Pizza Hut on 5th St. and ordered a pizza.
They say he tried to rob the drive up window, but the employee noticed he was armed with a toy ray gun and pushed the man out the window and called police.
