Drunk Mom Smashes Phoenix Airport Gate

An Arizona mom is charged with drunk driving after she crashed through a parking gate at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.

Surveillance video shows 43-year-old Janet Martinez crashing through an airport parking barrier with her three children in the car.

Police say Martinez drove around the airport parking area, running over curbs and just missing other passing cars.

She was eventually stopped by an alert parking lot supervisor who caught up with her at an exit booth lane and talked her into turning over her car keys until police arrived.

Police say the woman, who was staggering and smelled like alcohol, was hysterical when they arrived.
