Just one more day until the day of love...the most romantic day of the year.
Yes, valentine's day is tomorrow, and many Texomans are showing their sweeties their love through the gift of flowers.
At the Basketcase and Flower Shop in Wichita Falls, workers have been busy delivering arrangements all day.
They say Valentine's Day is their busiest day of the year.
Flowers, roses in particular, have been the "go-to" gift for years.
And though new contenders like balloon or cookie arrangements have tried to steal the lime light in recent years, florists say there's only one real way to say "I love you."
Jodi Camp, co-owner of The Basketcase, says, "I think flowers are still the way to go.  We haven't seen a cut back on how many we've sold.  We've had a lot go out today.  We'll have a lot go out tomorrow."
Valentine's Day related sales alone account for about 12 percent of a florist's annual profit.
And by the way, if you've yet to order a bouquet for your sweetheart, local florists say they still have flowers available.
