A former Wichita Falls hotel employee, found guilty of stealing a hotel guest's credit card and fraudulently using it, is sentenced today.
Michael Scott Kightlinger is sentenced to four years in prison after being found guilty of credit card abuse and burglary of a building.
Court documents show the victim told police he believe a hotel employee took his credit card from the guest's room and was using it without his permission.
Authorities used surveillance footage from local businesses to track the fraud back to Kightlinger.
