The case against a man charged with helping his son cover up the murder of a Wichita Falls woman is going to the trial docket.
Robert Alvarado was in the 30th District Court for a hearing this morning.
He is charged with tampering or fabricating physical evidence.
Police arrested him after the body of his daughter-in-law, Danielle Hill Alvarado, was found.
Danielle went missing in Jan. 2010.
On Oct.19, 2012, Danielle's body was found buried at Burnett Park.
Arrest records show Robert Alvarado told police his son Jonathan stabbed Danielle and the two of them hid the body for two days, before burying it in Burnett Park off FM 368.
