Chrysler Recalls Trucks And SUVs

Chrysler is recalling nearly 300,000 trucks and SUVs due to a problem with a rear axle which could cause you to lose control of the vehicle. Chrysler's full size and midsize pickup trucks including Ram 1500 pickups from 2009 through 2012 and Dodge Dakota pickups from 2009 to 2011 are on the recall list. 

If you drive a 2009 Chrysler Aspen or Dodge Durango SUV, those are also under the recall. Chrysler executives say a missing adhesive patch could cause the rear axle pinion to come loose. Basically it means you'd lose control of the vehicle without much warning.
