They slide down your throat .. are packed with protein... and most of all they taste great when they're fried. Mark your calendars and get your tastebuds ready for the Frederick Fantastic Oyster Fry. You can grab a plate full of fresh Texas Gulf Coast oysters ... eat them raw or fried.. check out the arts and crafts and all the other sights and sounds this Saturday, February 23rd. The craft show runs from 11am to 7pm. The oysters, and all the sides, will be served from 4pm to 6pm at the Prather Brown Center Cafeteria, located at 211 South 13th in Frederick, Oklahoma.
