40-year-old Stephanie Denise Manuel remains jailed on 100-thousand dollars bond for her alleged involvement in a shoplifting incident in which a knife was pulled on a store employee.

Police say they were called to the TJ Maxx store on Call Field and the a loss prevention officer told them two women had put men's shirts down the front of their pants.

He says says he confronted Manuel in the parking lot and asked her to come back in the store but she refused and tried to flee.

He says he grabbed her arm and began struggling with her when the other woman grabbed his arm and began to swing a knife in her other hand toward him.

He says he deflected and knocked the knife to the ground and both women then got away and fled in a red car.

Manuel was later identified in a photo lineup, arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
