Burk Police Arrest Man for Alleged Continuous Sex Abuse of Child

A Burkburnett man is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child after a 13-year-old girl told authorities the man has been assaulting her for more than a year.
The alleged victim claims Nathan Eugene Dale assaulted her two to three times a month.
She claims the last assault happened last month.
Burk police say Dale denies the allegations and said he would take a polygraph test.
Officers say Dale did not show up to two polygraph tests he scheduled himself.
Detectives say results from a sexual assault exam of the alleged victim were consistent with the trauma she reported.
