Man Arrested in Alleged Rape of 13-year-old WF Runaway

Burkburnett police arrest a 26-year-old man they say raped a 13-year-old runaway juvenile from Wichita Falls.
Brian Wayne Luce is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
The alleged victim claims she met Luce at a gas station.
She says he later took her to a residence where he gave her alcohol and pills and smoked several drugs.
The victim claims Luce took her to another residence but she began blacking out because of her level of intoxication.
She says when she woke up, Luce was on top of her.
Luce is jailed on a $25-thousand bond.
