Wichita Falls police are investigating whether a city garbage truck was involved in an apparent hit and run crash this morning. Just after 7 a.m., police were called to 10th and Holliday.

A driver reported they'd been struck by a garbage truck which then left the scene. City officials were called out to determine whether it was a city truck or a contract service provider. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
