Wichita Falls Police say a man was not injured early this morning after starring down the barrel of a gun.

And investigators say it was all over a stolen computer.

According to officers a man and a woman were driving in the 44 hundred block of Seymour Highway when they came across a pedestrian they thought had stolen a computer that belonged to one of them.

So police say the duo pulled over confronted the pedestrian and one of them pointed a gun at the walker's head.

After the incident, the pedestrian called police who found the duo and put them in jail.

They're identified as 55 year old Craig Shave.

He's charged with aggravated assault and remains in the Wichita county jail on a $100,000 bond.

Police also arrested 47 year old Charlotte Westerfield.  Her bond has not yet been set.
