The beginning of the work week will bring the opening of a unique library that's just for some Wichita Falls kids.

It's called Little Free Library and it's a book exchange program by the West Lynwood School Readiness Project and the United Way.

The library is expected to to promote literacy and the love of reading by allowing kids in this neighborhood to get a book read it, return it then exchange it for another on at no cost.

The unveiling of Little Free Library is Monday at 1:30 p.m. in front of Building Blocks Learning Center at 1133 Ridgeway Drive.

Although this is the first one to open in town, coordinators plan to have 20 in West Lynwood by May 31st.
