Wichita Falls city councilors decide to update a TxDOT grant application to continue work on the Circle Trail. TxDOT officials have asked city leaders to update the application to include TxDOT's administrative expenses.

If received, the grant would be 80% TxDOT funding and 20% city match. TxDOT would take care of about $957,000 dollars of the project. The city would be responsible for about $31,000.
