Stretch of US 82 Becomes Latest to Increase Speed Limit

By: KFDX News
Updated: March 5, 2013

The speed limit is increasing again in Texoma. This time TxDOT is raising the speed from 70 to 75 miles per hour on US 82 between Henrietta and Lindsay.

That will affect your drive through Clay, Montague and Cooke counties. The speed will decrease through the city of Ringgold, Nocona, and Muenster. And just a quick reminder, the speed limit isn't 75 miles per hour unless you see the new sign up.
