Camp Fire USA is introducing new programs in 2013. Tuesday night, Camp Fire leaders, community members, and kids met for their annual meeting. New board members were elected and supporters were thanked those for helping to provide services for children in our area. Officials also discussed some of the new programs rolling out this year.

Bettye Ricks, Executive Director of Camp Fire North Texas said, "We are going to be serving the junior and high schools with what we call a "Thrive Program". It's going to be very exciting to get those young people grow up to be productive citizens in the future."

Ricks says this year's candy sales have also been a huge success. She says they only have about three cases left.
