Alleged Robber Who Threatened Victims at Gunpoint Among Those No-billed

A man arrested in a connection with an October home invasion won't go to trial on his charges.
The Wichita County Grand Jury no-billed 22-year-old Larreion Charleston on two counts of aggravated robbery.
Police say around 4 a.m. on Oct. 2, Charleston kicked in an apartment door and forced entry in an apartment at Hunter's Crossing.
The victims claim Charleston and another man held them at gunpoint and assaulted one of them before stealing a lock box containing cash.
The grand jury also no-bills 25-year-old Brandon Bales on the charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Police say Bales is included in a group of about 10 people who would steal copper wiring from bell processing late at night.
Officers say the wire was sold back to the same recycling facility it was stolen from.
And a man charged with threatening another man with a gun on Christmas Eve when he got upset about a game of cards is also no-billed.
David Butler won't go to trial on the charge of aggravated assault.
The alleged victim claims he was at Butler's home in the 14-hundred block of Burkburnett Rd.
He says Butler left the room, but then returned with a gun and told him to get out of his house.
Police say they found a gun matching the description the victim gave them, but it turned out the gun was actually a pellet gun.
