Altus Man Charged with 3 Counts of Child Pornography

OSBI agents arrest and charge an Altus man with 3 counts, including possession and distribution of child pornography. 

Investigators say Sherman Mullis II shared files containing images of child porn to an undercover OSBI agent. OSBI agents, with help from Altus Police, served a search warrant this afternoon on a business, Sherman's Appliances, in the 200 block of S. Hudson. 

While examining his computer, authorities say they found numerous, illegal photographs. Mullis is in the Jackson County Jail on one count of distribution of child porn, on count of possession of child pornography and one count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
