Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce officials say a new oil company that's looking to move to town is looking more promising.

Earlier this month the 4-A Board approved a more than $1.9 million dollar incentive package to get Utah based Ulm Corporation to set up an office in Wichita Falls.

According to chamber officials, Ulm Corporation has found a 15,000 square foot building in town and is currently looking into buying it, which the chamber says is exciting news.

The next big step is for the company to purchase the property.

But the deal won't be final until city councilors approve the incentive package during its April 9th meeting.

If and when that happens, Ulm Corporation will bring more than 370 jobs, mostly trucking jobs, to Wichita Falls at an annual salary of between $65,000 and $85,000.
