LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL PLAYER FEATURED ON FOX SPORT

A local high school athlete is receiving statewide attention for his contributions off the field. Drue Davis, a senior linebacker and center on the 2006 Hirschi Huskies 3-A playoff football team was featured on Fox Sport`s Net`s "High School Spotlight" yesterday morning. Drue also plays trumpet in the Hirschi Marching Band, But Fox Sports recognizes Drue for his volunteer work. He is involved in building homes for Habitat for Humanity, helps with area food banks, mentors area elementary students and is involved with several school organizations. Thanks for all you do, Drue.
