Community Health Care officials cut the ribbon this morning on the the Juarez Clinic.It's located inside the Wichita Falls Housing Authority. Community Health Care officials say with healthcare cost rising, providing care to the uninsured or those struggling financially is more important than ever.Officials say they're incredibly proud of the new clinic, but cutting the ribbon was a bittersweet moment.Executive Director Phyllis Hiraki says, “it's a tribute to Ray Clymer who recently passed away. he was a forefather of Community Health Center movement to provide affordable access to everyone. The new clinic was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
